The successful implementation of a Discovery of Electronically Stored Information (DESI) project is based on the level of knowledge and experience of your eDiscovery consultant and service provider.
AC&T's full time Automated Litigation Support Consultant and Certified Computer Examiner, Henry Alonso CCE, has the knowledge and experience to help streamline the process of managing an ediscovery project and directly handles computer investigations and acquisition projects to ensure that the data is acquired in a forensically sound, admissible, and defensible manner.
Once the evidence is acquired, it is then carefully verified, hashed, and indexed before any searching or analysis begins.
Whether it is evidence of infidelity, trade secret theft, espionage, harassment, discrimination, pornography, or fraud, the odds are that the smoking gun will surface in the form of e-mails, attachments or documents.
We have the expertise and knowledge to carve out the evidence and make it available for ediscovery and use in court.
AC&T recently worked on a case with over 1 million documents.
